How I work with you

I have been very successful in my career because I am both technically skilled as well as being a good communicator and teacher. I really enjoy working with people and helping them to feel confident about technology. It is also important that you feel confident about working with me. I work by the hour and you can terminate my services at any time. I am happy taking on projects of any size.

technical Services

I will meet with you to discuss your requirements and document the work that I will perform for you before starting. Throughout the project, I will work closely with you, informing you of anything new and getting your approval before proceeding.

I will divide the project into up into independent pieces, providing you with more flexibility in deciding what you want done.

I will document the services performed during each session, including specific technical details. I will provide you with a copy of this document during and after the project.

You are very welcome to observe while I work and discuss what I am doing. This is a great way for you to learn.

Education

If desired, I can also provide dedicated educational sessions to cover a number of subjects. These are catered to your level of knowledge. My objective is to help you be as self-sufficient as possible, particularly when it comes to preserving your valuable assets. I can help you know how to protect yourself from hackers and scams. I can also help you know how to keep your systems easy to use and performing well.

In some cases, I will have supplementary educational materials already available. If I do not and I decide to develop such materials to facilitate our discussion, I will do so on my own time at no charge to you.
